Sign up with your phone
Enter your mobile number and confirm it with the code we text you. Then set a password.
Verify your NID
Add your name, your work area and your NID number, and photograph the front and back of your card.
Get approved
Our team checks your documents. You get a notification when you're approved, or a note on what to fix.
Go online and deliver
Tap Go online. Jobs near you appear on the map. Accept one, pick it up, and deliver it.

Rates are set by Own Xpress and can change. The exact amount for each job is always on the job card before you accept it.
Cash-on-delivery jobs
Pay up front, collect at the door
Some customers pay in cash. For those jobs you cover the order value from your wallet when you accept, then collect it in cash when you hand the order over. You get your money back, and your fare on top.

Your national ID card, with clear photos of the front and back.

With mobile data and location turned on while you work.

A mobile number that can receive SMS, for your verification code.

Only for cash-on-delivery jobs, to cover the order value until you collect it.

Frequently asked
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Downloading the app and signing up are free.
How long does approval take?
Our team reviews your NID after you sign up. The app shows your status, and you get a notification as soon as you're approved. If something needs fixing, you'll see a note and can resubmit your photos from the app.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. You're only offered jobs while you're online. Go online when you want to work and offline when you're done. You can't go offline in the middle of a delivery, though.
When do I get paid?
Your fare is credited to your Own Xpress wallet as soon as you mark the order delivered. You can request a withdrawal to bKash, Nagad or your bank account from the wallet screen.
Why do I need wallet balance for cash jobs?
On a cash-on-delivery job, the customer pays you in cash at the door. You cover the order value when you accept, from your wallet or with ekPay, and get it back in cash when you deliver. Prepaid jobs need no balance at all.
Is my location tracked all the time?
No. The app only uses your location while you're online and the app is open, so it can show you nearby jobs and the route. When you go offline, it stops.
What can’t I deliver?
Some items are never carried, including alcohol, tobacco, weapons and live animals. See the prohibited items policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also ask us by email. See how account deletion works.
